RFO - The Netherlands Bye bye to the Buffalo! On 28 November electric locomotive RFO 1829 brought the first 4 diesel trainsets type DM'90 from Amsterdam to the border at Bad Bentheim. Their destination is Zagórz in Poland for operator SKPL. These trainsets (53x) were built from 1996 and withdrawn in 2017, after NS lost the contract to operate their last non-electrified line. 21 trainsets were modernised in 2013.
