From the cab of a PSE trainset somewhere on the LGV Sud-Est high speed line, Track 2, a spectacular view of a steep (3.5%) grade. On the LGV Sud-Est there are speed restrictions in several places to limit braking on the downhill side of a hill and reduce the discomfort experienced by passengers when the train rapidly crests over a hill such as this one.
