Dorohozhychi metro station in Kyiv
A "green" line train leaves Dorohozhychi for Syrets. It is one of the more modern of the trains, as the red lines tend to have the older trainsets. This station is where you would go in Kyiv to see the Babyn Yar site.

Metro light in Kyiv
Kyiv's metro has many metro lights that have advertisements and public appeals. They can be seen at every metro station with escalators. Some of these lights have the same ads across the metro stations, others may have some of the same ads across a few stations. It is interesting to see the ads although you can only see them as you go up and down the escalators - once you go up from the platform, you are forced to exit the station and put in another token to enter, that is, if the station is not already crowded. This light may have been photographed at Dorohozhychi on the green line.
