Kadiköy on the Asian side of Istanbul makes urbanistic efforts in its busy center: pedestrian roads and a circle-tramway-line with "nostalgic" ex-DDR-tramways, Gotha-type. In 2008 some of them were unfortunately "decorated" like this one.
