CIV reservation Budapest - Escopia Bihor which I used for train 646 from Budapest Nyugati Pu to Cluj-Napoca (Ro). Fare is 3 Euro and obligatory when travelling from Hungaria to Romania by train for doubtfull reasons. Tickets for EB-Cluj can be bought for about 330.000 ROL (8 Euro) at the Romanian conductor.
