Slovakian border station Medzilaborce on 21 November 1999. Since late
September or October international passenger trains run again between
Lupkow in Poland and Medzilaborce in Slovakia. Our train (from Sanok
in Poland to Humenné in Slovakia) was reasonably filled on both
sides of the border, however 4 Dutch railway fans were the only
international passengers....

For a long time the end of track 191 (and the end of Slovakia).
Since 1999 there is a connection to the Polish town of Sanok.
