SJ - Sweden At this moment the Karlskrona-Kristianstad(-Malmö) service is still operated by "Kustpilen" class Y2K diesel trainsets, but in the next years this line will be electrified. A KLT-L (Kristianstad Läns Trafik AB) train Y2 at Kastrup (Copenhagen airport) station. This diesel units now operate on the Oeresund line and connect Copenhagen with Karlskrona and Helsingborg.

7 March 2000, Lund-Malmö, Sweden The bridge going to Copenhagen was still under construction at that time, and so the train terminated in Malmö station. Only very little understanding of the Swedish language is required to make sense of the well readable displays inside the Kustpilen train.

The Swedish Y2 1378 runing a Copenhagen - Hässleholm service at Hellerup. These services are going to be withdrawn in the near future, due to passengerlack and the opening of the bridge from Copenhagen to Malmö in 2000. Hellerup, 23/4/1999.
