The restaurant car of the RZD Moskva-Minsk-Vilnius-Kaliningrad express 29/30 "Jantar" ("Jantar" means "Amber" in russian). On its way from russian capital Moskva to russian baltic seeport Kaliningrad (ex-german Konigsberg) the train passes the territories of Russia, Belarus and Lithuania, so it has to cross state-borders 3 times. 2005 feb 04.
