Der Bahnhof ZAJECAR in der ostserbischen Region Timocka Krajina. Dieser Bahnhof wurde von 1908 bis 1914 gebaut. Heute steht dieses Gebäude unter Denkmalschutz. Ein gleiches Bahnhofsgebäude wurde in Valjevo gebaut, eröffnet 1908, heute ausser Betrieb (geschlossen bei der Eröffnung der Bahnlinie Belgrad - Bar, als Valjevo einen Bahnhof im Neubau bekam). The station of Zajecar in the East Serbian region Timocka Krajina full of people. The people in Zajecar like travelling by train. Zajecar has excellent bus connections to various cities in Serbia, but the people prefer travelling by train. A lot of villages in the region (in the mountains) can be reached only by train. To like trains is in the Timocka Krajina a 120-years-tradition. The people are very friendly and like to welcome people from other regions and from abroad - especially if they are railway fans!
