Line 47, in the intersection of Cal. 13 Septembrie with Sos. Progresului (to CET Vest).
Since December 2011 (when line 11 was taken out from that route), this tram route is the only one left on the completely modernised track on Ghencea Blvd. and 13 Septembrie Str.. The interval between 2 trams is between 23 and 30 minutes and even 90 minutes after 21 hour! The area needs tram, esspecially because the tracks are train style, so the cars can't get on it. The buses in the area are always full and have intervalls of 11 - 18 minutes between 2 buses. In peek hours, a bus needs about 30 minutes (!!) for the entire distance, and about 15 minutes in the rest. The tram needs maximum 8 minutes! Despite this and the lots of petitions, R.A.T.B. denny the right to good public transit to the inhabitants of Ghencea neighbourhood: they don't want to put a usefull tram line to Piata Unirii (this is the main destination of the people, and bus nr. 385 need about 1 hour to reachs it, a tram whould need maximum 30 minutes) or, at least, put 3 more trams on line 47 to achieve a decent waiting time of about 10 minutes.
