This is a one day ticket for one day's unlimited rides on the Bucharest Metrou. Note you have to pronounce the "ou" in Metrou as two different vowels otherwise locals may get confused and think you mean the "Metro" warehouse store.
This cost RON 3,00 or ROL 30.000,00, and are available at the entry gates in the Metro stations. I bought this at the Aviatorilor station.
