This is a "return" ticket for the Bucharest Metrou. The first ride will have a "1" stamped on the back to indicate how many rides are left, and the time the first entry took place. On the second ride, there is a "0" and the timestamp for the second ride.
This cost RON 2,00 or ROL 20.000,00, and are available at the entry gates in the Metro stations. I bought this at the Aviatorilor station.
