Az MMV Magyar Magánvasút Zrt. legújabb szerzeménye a Romániában fölújított, futurisztikus Csaurusz, vagyis az UFO. A jármüvet az MMV a harmadik saját Csaurusz megérkezéséig bérli, ám a megvásárlása már folyamatban van. A magánvasutak piaci részesedése egyre csak növekszik, és ebböl az egyik legnagyobb szeletet a komoly saját jármüparkot kiépítö MMV hasítja ki. The newest acquisition of MMV Hungarian Private Railways is the 91-53-0 478-001-7, a Chaurus refurbished with futuristic look in Romania. It's understandable it gained the nickname "UFO". MMV is currently leasing the locomotive from its Romanian owner untl the arrival of their third class 40 locomotive, but they are already negotiating to buy this locomotive also. The market share of private railways (not considering the used-to-be state-owned freight operator MÁV-Cargo) is increasing, and MMV owns a substantial part of it, perhaps because of their self-owned and modernised locomotive park. benbe@elte.hu - You may find more photos of privately owned Hungarian locomotives at my homepage.
