GFR (Grupul Feroviar Roman - Romanian Railway Group) electric locomotive. Probably refurbished from JZ class 461, similar to CFR class 40, except the driver sits on the left. Seen here in Iasi yard coupled to 41-0655-5. Date: February 22nd, 2005.
