A former Chinese Railways ND2 now owned by Grampet as 60-1516-8 peacefully awaited its next turn of duty at Vintul de Jos/Lower Vintsul on July12th 2012.

GFR diesel-electric locomotive waiting in Bucuresti-Nord station. This type of locomotive was exported to China on the 80's and now they are brought back by GFR. 20.06.2005

GFR diesel-electric locomotive 60-1511-9 shunting some tank cars in Iasi yard. This locomotive, built by Electroputere Craiova, was exported to China, where they were known as ND2. GFR brought some back to Romania and is using them on freight trains. Very simillar to CFR class 60/62, except chassis is a little longer (to support the bigger cab and the automatic coupling), it has doors on both sides of the cab and the driver sits on the left side. Date: June 28th, 2005.
