Track of the Oravita-Anina line.
The line passes between two buildings of a coal loading facility.
On the left building there can be seen the word "Roman". I presume there was the slogan "Traiasca Partidul Comunist Roman" (Long Live the Romanian Communist Party) :)
After the 1989 chenge of regime the only word that remained is "Roman" and it is better like it is now... :)
