Brand new diesel-hydraulic locomotive 040-DHA-020 (later class 86) built by 23 August Works from Bucharest (former Nicolae Malaxa S.A.R. now S.C. Faur S.A.) shown in August 1972 at the first edition of EREN(Expozitia Realizarilor Economiei Nationale/Exhibition of Achievements of Romania's National Economy) a public event that occured at Romexpo Bucharest.
