In 1959, Uzinele 23 August(former Nicolae Malaxa S.A.R.) built two DMUs named "Sageata Albastra" (Blue Arrow) to operate trains between Wien and Constanta, on the Black Sea shore. Finally, those trainsets never leaved Romania. The power cars are (A1A)' 2' type. Originally, the diesel engines were of 730 hp, and the maximum speed was 110 km/h. Here we see a Sageata Albastra/Blue Arrow train at Constanta in the Summer of 1966 prior to leave the station as Constanta-Bucuresti Nord fast train.

CFR - DMU-6 class 75/76 Arad depot, 05/09/1999: an old CFR DMU composed of end power cars 75-0001-0 and 75-0004-4, and four class 76 trailers. In 1959, Faur built two of these DMU-6, named "Sageata Albastra" (Blue Arrow) to operate trains between Wien and Constanta, on the Black sea shore. Finally, those trainsets never leaved Romania... The power cars are (A1A)' 2' type. Originally, the diesel engines were romanian, of 730 hp, and the maximum speed was 110 km/h. One of the trainset has been destroyed, the other is still visible in Arad depot, partially burnt. Diesel engine: Maybach license, Mb 820 Bb, 12 cylinders in V. Power: 2 x 730 hp. Top speed: 90 km/h. Electric transmission.

CFR DMU class 75/75 in Arad depot .Old ( 1959 built )Cfr DMU named "Sageata Albastra" ( Blue Arrow )were composed of end power cars 75-0001-0 and 75-0004-4 and four trailers clas 76. The power cars are (A1A)'2' type. Two end power cars and three trailers are still visible in Arad depot partially burnt. Date :05.04.2003
