CFR diesel-electric locomotive 62-0998-5 in Iasi station, being coupled to R662 (Iasi - Bucharest), about 10 minutes before departure. This particular locomotive was fitted with a small diesel engine used for start-up some time ago when batteries were unreliable. Although the engine was removed, you can still see the odd-looking side panels at the back end. Date: January 16th, 2005.
