CFR - Alee type coach modernised by Alstom-Romania SA and the CFR Grivita Workshops, Bucharest North.
Because of high ticket prices and low traveller turnout, CFR has decided to lower the rankings
of its train types and modernise them so that they may become more frequented and in pace
with the rest of Europe. Therefore ICE trains have now become IC, IC trains Rapid, Rapid 
has become Accelerat and Personal still Personal. The IC trains however have received or
are still in the process of receiving modernised coaches not unlike the modernised Rapid
ones but perhaps with one more amenity, Air Conditioning, which in Rapid Trains is only
found in first class. This is the new CFR IC livery as of August 2002. It resembles the new 
OBB IC/EC livery quite a bit.
