Bucharest, Romania, The Village Museum 70 53 25-24 527-6 BAFM in a poor condition, inside the Village Museum in Bucharest. Now it was taken to Grivita Yard, where it will be repaired and, maybe, used again on narrow gauge lines.

This old car was standing in depot Sibiu the easter weekend 2004. To me it looks like an old german 1st class car type "Hechtwagen." If anyone has further informations, please mail me.

An old CFR pre-WWII first class car, lying derelict (along with some newer - also derelict - cars) at the entrance of Oravita station.
It might be a "Ringhoffer" type, but I am not sure.

This is the only type of CFR passenger cars that are able to run on Oravita-Anina mountain line, due to itssharp curves (down to 100 m radius) and its clearance of tunnels far, far away from UIC standards.
Their ride is vrey unpleasant, due to the fact that they are equipped with freight wagon bogies.

This amazes me...
Even if the 69/73 Diesel-Electric locomotives are (some, only were) equipped with power plugs for car heating, the cars have their electric connections removed, and this stove is used (I presume, after its fine aspect) for heating in winter.
I don't think that heating two cars (the usual composition of the Oravita-Anina train) was using too much power...
