CFR - Blee type coach modernised by Alstom-Romania SA and the CFR Grivita Workshops, Bucharest North.
Because of high ticket prices and low traveller turnout, CFR has decided to lower the rankings
of its train types and modernise them so that they may become more frequented and in pace
with the rest of Europe. Therefore ICE trains have now become IC, IC trains Rapid, Rapid 
has become Accelerat and Personal still Personal. This is the livery of modernised Rapid 
Trains, ex-IC.
