Padre António Vieira is a fascinating Portuguese writer, born four hundred years ago. Centro Nacional de Cultura celebrates his anniversary with diverse, appealing initiatives. One of them is CCFL 551, seen at Largo do Chiado, bringing a scent of literature into the streets. The relevant quotation on its body panels reads -in a simple translation, my humble apologies to the experts- "We live only in the days we do [something]. In those we don't, we just last." 2008
