The first tramcars in Poznań to be modernised along the "leading car + trailer" model -
where the rear car has no driver's cabin.

105N-194+193 on ul. Towarowa. These cars are the only ones in Poznań to have these small
windows at the bottom of the driver's cabin. The first few 105Ns were built with these
windows, but quite early on they disappeared.

A very rare sight in Poznań - the single 105N-194 leaves Budziszyńska loop during the tram parade, on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the Poznań tram system.
The tramcar, together with its twin no. 193 still retain small windows below the main windows in the driver's cabin, despite receiving major repairs in 1993.

105NTW1+105NTW2 - 314+315 on the PST tram line near Roosevelta st. These cars were
experimental thyristor cars made by Konstal in the 1980s as 105NT. They were proven
to be very faulty and were set aside for a few years, before being overhauled in 2001/2002.
They are now designated as 105NTW1 and 105NTW2 (without driver's cabin).
