In December 2012 a new tram line opened on the Carribean Island of Aruba, part of the Kingdom of The Netherlands. The trams have battery power and are mainly used to bring cruise ship passengers from the port to the center of the town in Oranjestad, capital of Aruba.
The blue double-deck tram is seen in the carbarn at Oranjestad.
