Independent Rail Partner is a new open-access freight operator in The Netherlands. Their first traffic flow is transporting new cars from the border with Germany at Bad Bentheim to Leusden near Amersfoort.
In the picture locomotive 2102 (type G2000 from Vossloh) is seen stabled in the station of Amersfoort on 22 August 2017.
