This is the Calandlijn train class 5300, of the Rotterdam metro, stopped in Schiedam Centrum, heading westward from Marconiplein, to De Akkers in Spijkenisse.  Its pantograph is down since it is using third rail.  This is on the viaduct coming out of the Calandlijn tunnel after Marconiplein.
