This is the Calandlijn train class 5300, of the Rotterdam metro, stopped in Schiedam Centrum, heading from De Akkers in Spijkenisse eastward to Capelle an de Ijssel, Zevenkamp or Ommoord (could not see the destination sign as I was travelling in an international train).  Its pantograph is down since it is using third rail.
