On 1st September 2007 an evacuation exercise was held in the 'Groene Hart' HSL tunnel. The evacuation train first ran from Utrecht Centraal to the Groene Hart tunnel, where the exercise was held. After completion of the exercise, the train ran to Rotterdam Centraal and back to Utrecht Centraal via Gouda. Loco 186.113 has ran round and is coupled to the coaches, forming train 9203 (Rotterdam Centraal - Utrecht Centraal).

Traxx 186.113 is coupled to Hispeed-composition 4974 to form train 1025 (Rotterdam Centraal - Amsterdam Centraal via HSL). High Speed Alliance 186 111 was on 2 October 2009 in Benelux-service as it passed Lage Zwaluwe.

NSHispeed - The Netherlands Evacuation test of the "Groene Hart Tunnel" on the new HSL-Zuid high-speed line between Schiphol Airport (Amsterdam) and Rotterdam. The test train consisted of TRAXX locomotive E 186 113 and former "Benelux" coaches slightly rebuilt and painted in the NSHispeed livery. Such trains will be used for the first services on the HSL-Zuid Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Breda/Brussels until the new trainsets ordered from Ansaldo(I) will arrive. The train is ready to depart for its final leg: from Rotterdam back to Utrecht where the day started. Although the train started 95 minutes late due to a technical defect in one coach, the train arrived with only 25 minutes delay back in Utrecht.
