NS - The Netherlands For the new night trains Amsterdam-Wien/München-Innsbruck NS International leased two Vectron locomotives from ELL in 2020. Until the start of these services (later in 2021) the locomotives are sometimes used for the international trains Amsterdam-Berlin (as far as Bad Bentheim). NS - The Netherlands The last locomotives class 1700 of NS were withdrawn on 9 December 2023, being replaces for the Amsterdam-Bad Bentheim(-Berlin) international trains by Vectron locomotives leased from ELL. On the first day of the through operations, locomotive 193 939 with its international train Amsterdam-Berlin arrives at Deventer. This locomotive will haul the train all the way to Berlin.
