Electric locomotive NS 1211, built 1951 by Werkspoor with
input from Baldwin. It was used for both express and freight
trains (including TEE Rheingold and the royal train) until
1998. In 2011 the NSM Utrecht lended the locomotive to Augsburg
as an ambassador locomotive for the Netherlands.
This locomotive was originally painted light turquoise, after
1954 repainted dark blue, in the 1970s grey/yellow.
