Green Cargo Td 365 (S-GC 92 74 000 0365-7). Of 123 T44
locomotives built 1968 to 1987 by Nohab and Kalmar, 62 are
being modernized: The two-stroke engine is replaced by a more
efficient four-stroke diesel engine (mtu 12V 4000 R43), the
cab interior is new, a computer control system allows multiple
traction with Rc/Rd and Traxx locomotives. They are prepared
for ERTMS installation.

| Kiruna station (Malmbanan). Since 2013 trains stop at this temporary station; due to iron ore mining the whole town center is being moved to another location. | Vassijaure station (Malmbanan). This is Sweden's northernmost station, the tall building of 1913 (currently under renovation) houses an electric transformer station for the railway. The place has no settlement nearby, the next village is Riksgränsen to the west. 2023-07-29. |
