PKP - Poland Open Air Railway Museum in Chabówka. Lots of interesting (mainly steam) locomotives, but unfortunately much lack of maintenance.
Passenger coaches for the historic train, with first class coach
515118-18053-3 Ahuxzt of type 3A leading. It was built in 1955 by
Pafawag in Wroclaw.

Rake of historic passenger cars, with a type Bhixt (101A) leading. It
was built by H. Cegielski in 1964.

Originally German 2-axle compartment car of type C, number 024 122. It was
built in 1924.

Museum motor car SN61-168 was built in 1971 by Ganz MAVAG in Hungary. It
is being rebuilt into its original, and operational, state.

Diesel shunter Ls60-149 was built by Fablok in 1963. This class was never
used by PKP but 197 (Fablok) and 365 (Zastal) examples were built for
industrial use between 1961 and 1971.

Class SM30 was the first class of Polish diesel locomotives designed for
shunting. SM30-211 was built in 1955 and has been restored to full working
order.

Europe, with examples in former Yugoslavia, Bulgaria, the USSR and Hungary.
The first 10 examples (class SM40) were not very succesful with only 10 built.
CLass SM41 has simplified controls and no less than 263 were built for PKP.
The first of these classes SM40-01 and SM41-01 are preserved in the museum.

Many more (modernised) still operate in Romania and Bulgaria. ST43-422
(with modern computer number 3630 403) is seen in the museum.

was built in 1965 by Pafawag. It was operational until 1998.

locomotives.

Rail crane mainly used for coal. It was built in 1935 and in use until 1981.

This rotary steam snowplow was built by Henschel in Germany, and used by
PKP until the end of the 1980s. It came to the museum in 1993.
