Container train with the locomotives 91 81 1116 243-3 and 91 81 1116 106-6 crossing the viaduct near Steinhaus where a wood-carrying wagon of the Feistritzwaldbahn is shown, this was a 600 mm narrow gauge line between Steinhaus and Rettenegg which existed 1902 to 1958. Entrance of the Semmering tunnels, Styrian end towards Steinhaus. The old tunnel built 1854 is 1433 m long, the entrance on the leftt is partly hidden. Originally it was double track. The new tunnel built 1952 is 1511 m long, the entrance is on the right. Until 1953 the old tunnel was renovated and rebuilt to single track, in preparation of the electrification which was completed 1959. 2026-05-17. tobias b köhler

Since 2017 it is at the current location in front of Bad Ischl station together with the Salzkammergut-Lokalbahn Bs 503, even though it was never used on the SKGLB. 2026-05-23. tobias b köhler
