Wengernalpbahn articulated pilot car Bt 242 (800 mm with Riggenbach-Pauli cogwheel, built 1998 by Stadler) disassembled and loaded on several narrow gauge flat cars in the station of Oberfeistritz (Feistritztalbahn, a mostly defunct museum line in Austria). More information. It is part of a series of 4 cars built to be operated with 1970-built EMUs which went out of service in 2020 after 50 years of service. From what I heard it is owned by Hotel Angerer-Hof in Anger, and planned to be used as a special hotel room similar to a car built 1891 for SKGLB and after several rebuildings now used as "Waggonhotel". 2025-03-11. |
