With the reactivation of the branch line to Swieradow-Zdroj, this not so long ago neglected local railway junction gained in importance. Almost all of the services are operated by Koleje Dolnoslaskie and even three of their railbuses can be seen stopping there at once several times a day. In the foreground unit SA135-001 has just arrived from Jelenia Gora and it is changing direction on its way to Swieradow-Zdroj. Unit SA135-008 seen in the background came from Swieradow-Zdroj several minutes earlier and it will continue to go to Goerlitz after the passengers from the train originating from Jelenia Gora have changed to it, Gryfow Slaski, Poland, 17.12.2023.

KD SA135-008 will depart from Swieradow-Zdroj on a service to Goerlitz, Poland, 17.12.2023. Along with the timetable change in December 2023 this newly reactivated railway line, built from scratch in place of the old one abandoned in the 1990s, connects this health resort town in the Izera Mountains with Jelenia Gora and Goerlitz by means of 9 pairs of trains each day. As the finishing works are over, direct trains from Berlin and Dresden are planned to reach this place in 2024.
