ONCF - Morocco The new station of Benguerir, between Casablanca and Marrakesh. The station is not in service yet, waiting for the high-speed line and upgrade to be finished such that TGV services can start. At Benguerir you can change trains for Safi on the Atlantic coast (currently twice a day). Benguerir, 26-10-2017 Digital photo by Marco van Uden |

ONCF - Morocco Oujda (only a few kilometers from the border with Algeria) has the oldest station in Morocco that is still in operation. This will change in 2018 when the new station will open. There are plans to convert the old station into a railway museum. Oujda, 23-10-2017 Digital photo by Marco van Uden |
ONCF - Morocco The new station of Oujda - to open in 2018 - looks a bit oversized for the 5 or so daily trains that depart from Oujda. But maybe in the future TGV trains will run all the way from Tanger and Casablanca/Rabat through Oujda to Oran and Algiers in Algeria. Oujda, 23-10-2017 Digital photo by Marco van Uden |
ONCF - Morocco Safi is known for its phosphate processing plants at the Atlantic ocean. There are also two passenger trains a day from Benguerir on the Casablanca-Marrakesh line, to Safi. Safi, 26-10-2017 Digital photo by Marco van Uden |
ONCF - Morocco ONCF has a ticket office in the giant new ferry terminal at Tanger Med Port. There is only 1 (!) train a day to Tanger Ville. Train 4000 departs at 9.45 from platform 1. Tanger Med Port, 21-10-2017 Digital photo by Marco van Uden |
