CRH1-043B in Changzhou, 2009-07-21. CRH stands for China Railway High-speed. The CRH1 was developed and built by Bombardier and Sifang as a high-speed version of the Bombardier Regina series, in service since 2007 (as 8-car trains CRH1A). The sub-type CRH1B (in service since 2009) consists of 16 cars, 10 of which are powered, reaching a speed of 250 km/h with a power of 11000 kW. The capacity is 1299 seats per train. The car 9 is a dining car (CA), cars 14 to 16 are first class (ZY), the rest second class (ZE).
