<br>Due to the activation of the second girder of the bridge across the Po river (km 52+502), today this place looks very different (see for example picture <A HREF="http://mercurio.iet.unipi.it/pix/it/electric/E652/XMPR/652173.jpg">652173</A>): the first, fourth and fifth tracks no longer exist (the place of the last two has been taken by a new platform for track 1 - former 3 - and a road that leads to the new car-parking and underpass); the building is still there but is no longer in use, because the station has been turned into a remote-controlled stop without staff.
