Dronero Station - Aug. 2007

Railway service on the Busca-Dronero stub started in 1913 and ended in 1966; replacement buses were withdrawn in 2001.
The station building and the tracks are almost intact.
The picture shows the rusty remains of the switch levers controlling the station tracks.
There are proposals to restore the line as a touristic service.
