Station of LIMONE on the line: Torino Porta Nuova - Torino Lingotto - Cuneo - Breil-sur-Roya - Ventimiglia.
This is the border station. As both Italy and France make a part of the "Schengen Group" of the countries of
the European Union, there is since 1996 no customs and immigration control any more. The line is electrified 
in Italy; the electrification ends in this station. Between Limone and Nice and Ventimiglia there is a diesel
traction.
