Ferrovia Adria-Mestre Motor unit AD605 is the rear unit of train #5773 as it leaves Bojon while towards Adria on Tuesday September 18th, 2001. The FAM is standard gauge and runs on the FS metals from S. Lucia to Mestre where a single track branches to the south and runs towards Piove di Sacco & Adria. All trains I saw were two units often with lots of graffiti on the outside; however, the both trains I rode were clean inside.

Ferrovia Adria-Mestre FAM train with two motor units. AD605 is the left unit and AD606 is the right unit on Tuesday September 18th, 2001. The train is seen entering Venice S. Lucia station platform 15 at 09:59 ( 08:35 from Adria), the photo is taken from platform 3. Shortly afterwards I was asked by a female railway policeofficer to stop taking photos as I did not have official permission; so I decided to ride the Adria-Mestre railway to the 7th station (Bojon) and caught the next return train ( 40 minutes each way) all for only 5600 Lire ($4.30 Cdn or € 2.89) return.
