This is the eastern terminus of the Milano Metro line 2 in Gessate. An M2 train from Milano Famagosta is entering Gessate and will turn around to head back to Famagosta (since 2004 it goes to Abbiategrasso). Parking lot at Gessate Metro station
The parking lot of the Gessate Metro station. Gessate is a suburb of Milan, Italy, and is the eastern terminus of the Milano metro line 2. The suburbs of Milan are called the Hinterland in Italian. To get to Gessate, one must purchase a ticket from Milano Cascina Gobba to Gessate. The same thing applies to Cologno Nord and Sesto Marelli / San Giovanni. Looking down on the M2 platform of the Loreto station. You can even see the contact wires, as well as a sign to the M1 platform, which is a level higher.
