FS 2nd class EuroCity compartment car type UIC-Z in the old
cream/gray livery with blue lines. This was supposed to go
together with the FS TEE cars (same, but red lines); in the
1990s this livery was first replaced by the short-lived
two-tone grey with yellow lines, then by the new white/green
standard livery. In the 1970s/1980s some of these cars were
painted in Eurofima orange as well. Wien, January 2000.

The InterCity "TIRENO" on the route: Ventimiglia - Genova Piazza Principe -
Roma Termini stopped at the old station of San Remo (on the seashore).
Never again you will be able to see this picture live - this beautiful
station on the seashore, under palm-trees and in oleander-flowers was closed
on September 21, 2001 and replaced by an awful dark underground stop in
underground, very far away from the seaside.
