The good old "Muzsika" is a distant memory now. He was rejected after two smaller accidents on 10th January 1997. His good diesel engine replaced the one of the M61,013 unit, but worked never with him since that. Picture was taken at the high-speed track between Balatonfûzfõ and Balatonkenese in August 1992. Photo and scan by Ákos Horváth <ahorvath@elender.hu> (Thanks to Imre Jákli). Please visit my NOHAB-GM site at http://www.nexus.hu/nohab |
The sweet late "Muzsika" at Tapolca in the summer of 1993. This lovely old machine was rejected on 15th January 1997 and cutted into junk some months later. Photo by András Ekés, scan by Ákos Horváth. 1024x768 version is always available at my NOHAB-GM site! |

The mortal remains of a glorious machine. The poor old "Panther" (M61-018) was cutted into junk at Tapolca in the summer of 1993 after the rejection at the end of 1992 (the late M61-015 is to be seen in the shed in the background).
