The M40,006 is hauling a passenger train from Mateszalka to Zahony. The photo was taken at Mandok, 6. June 1998. The livery of the locomotive is the combination of an older striped and the actual red-yellow liveries.

MÁV M40,003 locomotive on a passenger train in Záhony station, in 1996. This
unit was repainted together with M40,006 in 1996 to this striped livery,
which is the combination of the liveries used before and after 1975.
