Permanent residents of Oxford Station, former CCT 94135 and GUV 93714 have been transferred to internal use as stores vans. They are numbered 061061 and 061223 in the Western Region internal user series.

In previous years the water cannon train had individual tank wagons but now the
water tanks have been put onto a flat wagon. The ECML water cannon train has two of
these wagons plus an operating coach and like all of these trains is top-n-tailed by class 37s.
Bringing up the rear here is 37895 at Alexandra Palace on the 25th October 2003.
