Pallot Steam, Motor & General Museum.
The Pallot Steam, Motor & General Museum, in Jersey, hosts a huge collection of artifacts powered by steam, from locomotives to farming engines, as well as old cars, trucks and appliances such as washing machines, tv sets, radios and even organs used in cinemas! Most of them are beautifully restored, and some are waiting for their turn. Here one of the locomotions kept inside the museum can be seen.

Jersey used to have two railway lines running from St. Helier to the east and the west of the island, opperated by two different companies. As in many other places, they're gone and now it's almost impossible to find any remains of both lines, but railway history is kept alive at the museum. This little engine pulls slowly two restored coaches around a loop outside the museum. Even though the trip is short, you get the feeling of the loco getting some speed and the smell of steam!

And there we go. The little loco pulls the two coaches around the loop. On the left, narrow-gauge trains of another steam train in the same museum.
