North Tyneside Steam Railway&Stephenson Railway Museum - UK The NTSR operates museum trains on the short Percy Main-North Shields line. The Stephenson Railway Museum is located at the end of the line in North Shields. Steam locomotive 401 "Thomas Burt" was built in 1950 for the Steel Company of Wales. Harton Electric E4 is an electric mining locomotive built by Siemens in Germany for the Harton coal system in South Shields.
