We had just boarded our train when we received a message that 'Bart' was heading our way just as
the doors closed...doh! Would we make it to West Malling in time? It was a short but tense trip
as we expected to see 'Bart' whizz past us at anytime but as you can see here we just made it. No
sooner had our South Eastern Trains 377 gone out of view then 'Bart' duly appeared....phew!
92017 is now a 'celebrity' loco sporting Stobart Rail livery and appropriately has been given the name 'Bart the Engine'. This has come about as DRS who previously provided the motive power for Stobart workings has now gone over to using DB Schenker who can offer more scope for expansion with their Continental operations. 'Bart' is seen heading towards the Channel Tunnel on the 7th November 2009.

92015 'D.H.Lawrence brings a Channel Tunnel freight through Kensington Olympia in the Spring of 2001.
Amazingly some members of this class are currently in the Autumn of 2003 stored out of use due to lack of suitable work for them. Hopefully future employment
will be found for this highly complex and powerful...6760 HP on AC : top speed 87 MPH/140 KPH...British Loco.
